Job Title: Outreach Services Manager
Reports to: Executive Director
Location: primarily the Hilltop Artists Administrative Offices at Jason Lee Middle School
Status: Initially Part Time with a transition to Full Time, due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis
Position Summary: The Outreach Services Manager supports the youth participants of Hilltop Artists by providing in-depth individualized services, referrals, support, and advocacy; collaborating with staff and the greater community; engaging parents and caregivers; stewarding and growing a network of supportive partnerships to include sources for services for students and their families; and leading program recruitment and enrollment.
This work is guided by diversity, equity, and inclusion, with an understanding of trauma-informed care and social and emotional learning.
Work Environment: The Outreach Services Manager works in a shared office with four colleagues.The office is located within our large hot shop at Jason Lee Middle School. The hot shop itself is active and loud, and filled with students ages 12 – 20 for much of the work day.
Salary Range: $45,000 – $52,000 at the full time level, adjusted for initial part-time status
